When I spotted the new Giant Intergalatic Bath Bomb, I couldn’t be more excited. Like, not even a bit. I’m a huge fan of Intergalactic, so imagine how happy I was when I saw this big boy. It’s a whopping 425 grams (a ‘normal’ Intergalactic is 200 gram) and it even contains a little surprise inside. Out of the 28 new bath bombs (of which I bought about 20) this is the second one for me to review. If you’re curious, keep on reading!

Lush Giant Intergalatic Bath Bomb costs £15.00 / $19.00 / €18,00 and is part of the 28 new bath bombs launch for World Bath Bomb Day. It’s the biggest bath bomb from the 28 new bath bombs, and thus the most expensive. It’s packed with oils, such as rapeseed oil, coconut oil, peppermint oil, grapefruit oil, vetivert oil and cedarwood oil. The ingredients kinda give away the scent–a fresh, uplifting peppermint scent with a hint of fruity grapefruit and a hint of warm cedarwood. It’s not straight up peppermint, it’s more complex than that. It’s truly one of my favorite scents by Lush. It always puts me in a good mood and I’m a fan of its aesthetic–blue with rainbow colors and glitters. Let’s see its performance! Beware: I took a LOT of photos 😂

What do I think?

Okay. I mean, come on. Look at the photos. Do I really need to give my opinion as well? I’m in fucking love! I couldn’t stop taking photos because its performance kept surprising me. Giant Intergalactic gave us everything. Rainbow colors! Glitters! Thick foam! A soap inside! ALL THOSE COLORS! The scent coming off! There haven’t been a lot of bath bombs that surprised me as much as this one. I wish I had 65 more of these. It’s like throwing 5 regular Intergalactic’s in your tub.

This bath bomb is very quick to transform your bath tub into intergalactic space, filled with millions of stars and galaxies. The water turns into a deep shade of blue, thick foam puddles of rainbow colors are forming on the surface and even the big suds have a rainbow-colored outline. There is so much color in this bath bomb it could even be thrown into a pool and still look good. There’s thousands of tiny biodegradable glitters under the surface by the time the bath bomb completely dissolved. It’s truly like bathing into the night. There’s an amazing peppermint scent coming off the bath bomb, filling the entire bathroom and working wonders for your mood.

I forgot to record it, but there was also a soap inside the bath bomb! There’s three colors (gold, green and blue), I have the gold one. You can scan this soap with the Lens in the Lush App to add the soap to your collectibles.

There’s really not one negative thing I have to say about this bath bomb. Not even about the price, because I kinda feel like the price is justified for this size of bath bomb with a piece of soap inside. It’s not just a bath bomb, it’s an experience, a beautiful show to watch, a work of art. Do I recommend this bath bomb? Well, if you’re a fan of peppermint scents, then YES! Treat yourself—you won’t be disappointed. 😍

If you have a positive (or negative) experience with this product, feel free to share them in the comments!
