I have been loving the shower bombs lately. I want to try them all, including this Comfort Zone shower bomb. Although it shares its scent with a scent family that I’m not keen on, I couldn’t resist this cute, pink shower bomb. Originally it was a Liverpool exclusive, but recently it got released as part of the main line. Time for a review! Today I’ll tell you about this cutie.

When I was looking through the reviews on my blog, I noticed there are some main range bath bombs that I’ve never reviewed yet. I reviewed some of them in Dutch, but that was years ago. After all the Harajuku bath bombs, I felt like I needed to review the main range bath bombs as well, so I immediately did a bit of a shopping. I bought a bunch of classics and today I’ll start with my review on Sex Bomb — my favorite scent by Lush!

Despite the fact that The Comforter scent and I are not and will never be friends, I still bought the bath bomb. There was a high demand for a review on this bath bomb, and even though I don’t like the scent, its pink appearance did appeal to me. So, I decided to be brave and just buy it. Yes, the horrific things I do for you guys. If this isn’t love, then what is?

For a moment I doubted whether I should write this review or not. On my blog I strive to be completely honest and transparant with you, but I don’t like to write a review that may keep many people from buying something. My experience with Ginger Ninja was an absolute disaster. A small side note, though: Lush took my complaint very serious and handled it so sweetly, they said to investigate the matter further. I really wanted to make this clear before sharing my disastrous experience with Ginger Ninja with you.

The bath bomb that I’m going to review today, is from my second Harajuku haul. First I ordered about 11 bath bombs from the Harajuku range, then later another 6, including this one. The second order I made was a bit of a “shit I actually wanted this” order. I had to have Moon Spell. Pink and baby blue, my two favorite colors! And how cool is that moon shape? Both halves also interlock, which is pretty cool, if you ask me. So, today I will introduce you to Moon Spell.

I genuinely thought that I had already bought everything I wanted from the Easter range. But there was still just one bath bomb that I couldn’t get out my head.. which was Bunny Bomb Bomb. It’s bright pink and I think the animal bath bombs from this Easter collection, like Lamb Bomb Bomb, are such an amazing addition.
But how long would the Easter collection remain in the stores? Would it still make sense to buy and review it? I mean, it’s not the cheapest bath bomb. So, I contacted Lush, and they said that the Easter range would be available till a month after Easter. The employee didn’t even get to finish her sentence and Bunny was already in my shopping basket. Come to mommyyy.

When I heard about the new Harajuku bath bombs, of which 54 out of 89 came to Europe, it didn’t take long before I spotted Lucky Cat. It’s pink, it’s a cat — enough reasons to buy it. (Not that I needed any reason at all, but okay) I’ve heard different opinions on this fizzing cat, especially about its effect in the bath. It’s slightly smaller than the average bath bomb, but knowing Lush, that doesn’t have to mean anything. Off to the bathroom, we went!

The fact that I never reviewed this bath bomb before, it’s completely and utterly outrageous. I mean, a bright pink yellow, glitters ánd a sweet scent. If I were to be a bath bomb, I’d be Think Pink. With a black core, that is. *devilish laugh* The bright pink bath bomb is a must have for any person who loves pink. Or sweet scents. Or glitters. Actually, I think everyone would enjoy this bath bomb. You’d have to be completely dead inside not to. Anyway, I’m about to throw it into the bath!

I had pledged myself not to buy this bath bomb, because I have been buying too many products from the Easter and Mother’s Day ranges. Besides, I had enough bath bombs laying around to be tested. But as you can see, that pledge did not last long. Because of the price (it’s not as expensive as other bath bombs at the moment) I just decided to throw it into my shopping basket.

Scrub? I love it. Pink scrub? Give it to me. I don’t care what the scent is, a pink scrub is all that I need in life. So I was veryyy happy when I saw Lush had a pink scrub in the Mother’s Day range this year. My ass is broke thanks to this range, but whatever. After all, I do need to have something to write about on my blog, right? Right??
