In The Netherlands, we don’t just celebrate Christmas, we also celebrate Sinterklaasfeest. Every December 5th or 6th, Sinterklaas and his helpers bring the children gifts. Yes, we don’t only have Santa Claus bringing, but also Sinterklaas. Dutch children are lucky bastards. Because Lush thinks Sinterklaasfeest should be celebrated with all the children, they’ve launched this exclusive bath bomb, called Bonne Bonne. The profits of this bath bomb are donated to Feest Voor Alle Kinderen (translated: Celebration For All Children), so they can put together gift sets and offer these to schools, so that every child can enjoy this traditional feast.

What’s the best, spicy shower gel by Lush? Without a doubt it’s Hot Toddy. Okay, I loved Glögg more, but they’ve discontinued that one. And since Hot Toddy comes pretty close, it’s no wonder I had to grab me a bottle of this spicy goodness. I still had half a bottle, but yeah, you know how it goes. You cherish those products, you don’t use them. But now I can finally indulge myself with Hot Toddy while it’s -1 °C or less outside.

For a moment I doubted whether I should write this review or not. On my blog I strive to be completely honest and transparant with you, but I don’t like to write a review that may keep many people from buying something. My experience with Ginger Ninja was an absolute disaster. A small side note, though: Lush took my complaint very serious and handled it so sweetly, they said to investigate the matter further. I really wanted to make this clear before sharing my disastrous experience with Ginger Ninja with you.
